Trusting yourself is a practice. 

When you start to take action, you experience greater knowing that this is your path, even amid the fear. It’s about listening to your body and your intuition.

Fear will never go away. The goal is to create a relationship with fear in a way that ensures it doesn't keep you stuck. 

I still have fears that come up. It’s about what I do with them. 

Fear comes from a place of only knowing what’s happened. 

When fear shows up, it’s trying to take the driver’s seat.
